Arron is an associate in our Farms, Estates and Rural Land team, advising clients on dispute resolution and avoidance relating to agricultural land and businesses. Arron advises clients on a broad range of contentious issues including agricultural tenancy disputes, partnership dissolutions, public and private rights of way and proprietary estoppel claims.
Arron has been at the firm since he was a trainee solicitor and regularly works with specialist lawyers from across the Private Wealth Sector and the wider firm to deliver practical solutions to complex agricultural disputes. Arron’s recent experience includes reaching a settlement of a long-running family dispute involving various claims relating to agricultural land, including adverse possession and a claim to a tenancy pursuant to the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986.
Outside of work, Arron can either be found running and cycling his way around Bristol and the surrounding countryside or sailing and paddleboarding off the coast of his native homeland of Cornwall.
