Career & Experience
Aiden is an Associate at the firm and is a member of the firm’s Charities team. He works closely with the team to advise charities, social enterprises, RPs and healthcare organisations on solving property related problems including title issues, freehold disputes, commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, business lease renewals and property related professional negligence.
He works closely with his clients to understand their specific needs and to achieve the best outcome for their organisation through clear and practical advice. This includes working with:
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Freehold disputes
- Business lease renewals
- Property related insolvency
- First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) proceedings
- Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) proceedings
- Court litigation
- Dispute resolution
- Strategic problem solving
In his spare time Aiden is involved in a number of local sports clubs and likes to take part in various endurance events.
