Abbie is a Paralegal in our Family team and supports clients on a wide range of matters arising from relationship breakdown. She works with a variety of clients, including high net worth individuals, business owners and farming families.

With experience across several areas of law, including rural land, family and real estate disputes, Abbie brings a well-rounded and commercially minded perspective to her work in family law.

Abbie assists clients on all aspects of divorce and financial remedy matters, both within and outside of the court process. This includes supporting clients through court proceedings as well as alternative dispute resolution methods such as private FDRs, mediation and arbitration. She has experience working on cases involving high-net-worth individuals, particularly where there are complex business structures, inherited wealth or pre-acquired assets.

Her work also includes assisting on the preparation of cohabitation agreements, as well as pre- and post-nuptial agreements, helping clients protect inherited wealth, family trust assets and property.

In addition, Abbie supports clients in relation to arrangements for children, both within and outside of court proceedings and has experience assisting on sensitive matters including non-molestation and occupation orders.

Abbie takes a calm, empathetic and practical approach, helping clients navigate what are often challenging and emotional situations.

Abbie is currently working towards qualification as a Solicitor through our internal Advance programme and is in the process of completing her Solicitors Qualifying Exams.

Outside of work, Abbie enjoys exploring the South West and travelling abroad
