Sam is a Senior Associate at the firm. She has significant experience advising on land acquisitions and disposals, with a particular focus on residential development sites. Her expertise includes drafting and negotiating a range of agreements, including options, conditional contracts, overage deeds, landowner agreements, development management agreements, easement deeds and transfer deeds, as well as pinpointing title issues which may adversely affect a development site and providing commercially sensible advice on potential solutions.
Sam has substantial experience working with housebuilders, retirement living providers, hoteliers and commercial developers across a range of multi-million pound transactions. She has also regularly worked on corporate transactions, providing input and support in share or business purchase transactions with property elements.
Outside of work Sam enjoys gymnastics, reading and spending time with friends and family.
