Career & Experience
Ffion is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution team after completing her training contract with the firm. Whilst a trainee Ffion benefited from a broad experience in contentious areas of law including in our property and construction litigation teams. In addition to commercial litigation, Ffion also spent time training in the Restructuring & Insolvency team and has developed a keen interest in contentious insolvency. Ffion has developed key skills as a business advisor to transfer her legal knowledge into commercially savvy and practical solutions for clients.
Since qualifying, Ffion has worked on a broad range of contentious matters including advising shareholders in disputes with company directors, assisting insolvency practitioners in pursuing claims against insolvent company directors, professional negligence claims, debt recovery action, franchise disputes and other commercial contract disagreements.
Ffion is also interested in the role of legal advice in combatting climate change and is developing her climate literacy skills to assist her in advising clients on the risks that climate change presents. She has a forward thinking mindset on how legal technology solutions can benefit clients at the firm.
Outside of work, Ffion enjoys running, cycling and travelling. She has run half and full marathons to raise money for charity and enjoys playing netball for the firm’s team.
