Dominic is a corporate lawyer in our Private Equity Team who advises on a range of corporate M&A. Dominic has a specialism in advising on bolt on acquisitions for key private equity backed clients such as Access and Zenergi. He has extensive experience in project managing complex transactions and cross-jurisdictional legal due diligence exercises.
Dominic is driven by achieving the best results possible for his clients. He does this by working closely with them to understand their needs and business objectives. When he approaches a matter, he always strives to deliver tailored solutions to any issues which arise during a transaction process.
Outside of work Dominic is a keen squash player and runner.
