Dominic is a Corporate lawyer in the firm’s Private Equity team, advising private equity‑backed portfolio companies on complex M&A transactions, with particular expertise in technology, AI and IP‑driven businesses. He is regularly instructed by private equity clients on bolt‑on and strategic acquisitions, supporting fast‑growth companies in executing buy‑and‑build strategies in preparation for exit.
Dominic has recently acted on transactions for clients including Hanover Investors and Prescient (backed by Bridgepoint).
A core element of Dominic’s practice is advising on complex equity and incentive arrangements, including growth share schemes, warrants and bespoke capital structures. These structures are designed to align the interests of investors, founders and management teams while supporting future fundraising and exit strategies. Dominic works closely with Quilam Capital on a number of these matters.
Dominic is known for his pragmatic, solutions‑driven approach and works closely with clients to ensure transactions are delivered efficiently and in line with their strategic objectives.
Outside of work, Dominic is a keen squash player and runner.
