Naomi is the firm’s Executive Director for Risk & Compliance. With over 10 years’ experience in private practice before moving into risk in 2019, Naomi brings a commercial approach to risk management. She provides bespoke support and guidance across the Group on a range of risk and regulatory issues at client onboarding stage, during active engagements and in the context of firmwide projects. Naomi manages the team’s risk analysts and plays a key role in the Group’s management of AML, sanctions and conflicts of interest, supporting lawyers directly as well as through continual policy and process development.
Outside of work, Naomi enjoys spending time with her young family, walking her dog in the Surrey hills, and playing the piano.
