Achieve programme Highly Commended at prestigious People in Law Awards

We are delighted to share that our Achieve Vacation Scheme has been highly commended in the Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion category at the People in Law awards.

Our Achieve Vacation Scheme seeks to improve access to legal careers for individuals from under-represented groups within the UK workforce. The programme combines theoretical knowledge, practical experience, and soft skills training to build participants’ confidence in pursuing a career in law.

We have now hosted two cohorts of Achieve participants, with the most recent group joining us in April 2025. We look forward to welcoming the first trainees from this programme who will join the firm in September 2025.
