Tom is an Associate in the firm’s Succession & Tax team. He provides bespoke legal advice to individuals, families, and businesses. Tom’s practice is dedicated to delivering exceptional client care, and his approach is characterised by meticulous attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a client-centric focus.

He has strong experience advising clients on estate planning, offering strategic advice on wills, trusts, inheritance tax and other tax matters. Tom also assists with the administration of estates, acting with care and empathy from the point of instruction through to final estate distribution.

Tom specialises in a wide array of issues affecting the elderly and vulnerable individuals, including Lasting Power of Attorney, Advanced Directives, and care planning.

Outside of work, Tom likes to stay active with a wide variety of sports, from surfing and paddleboarding to badminton and tennis.
