Toby is a Solicitor at the firm. He advises on an array of property-related matters, ranging from commercial lease disputes, farming and rural land disputes, to residential landlord and tenant matters. Toby has extensive experience in dealing with residential landlord and tenant disputes with specific focus on advising landlords in relation to repossession claims under the 1988 Housing Act, as well as post-possession rent arrears and dilapidations claims.
Outside of work, Toby is a fan of Chelsea Football Club, as well as travelling and watching live music whenever possible.
