Tom is a Solicitor in our Commercial Litigation team. He has experience advising on commercial, intellectual property and media disputes, where the multifaceted nature of the work enables him to use both his technical legal skills, and eye for commercial success.
Tom was recently able to quickly and efficiently resolve a situation where a client was being harassed by a third party, negotiating an end to the harassment within only a few days. This underscores Tom’s desire to provide the best commercial outcome for his clients from the very start of a case.
In his spare time Tom enjoys mountain biking and road cycling, and playing the guitar.
Accolades
- Tom studied Law LLB at the University of Exeter, receiving a 2:1.
- He then went on to achieve a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bristol.
