Tanya is a Managing Associate in our Family team. Tanya has significant experience in advising clients on all aspects of family law.
Her expertise includes dealing with complex financial matters, including those with a cross-jurisdictional element, as well as private law children matters, including disputes over child arrangements (residence and contact). Tanya has extensive experience in dealing with and advising on applications for leave to remove children out of the jurisdiction and internal relocations, cohabitation issues and post and pre-nuptial agreements.
Tanya is based in our Southampton office but lives on the Isle of Wight. Outside of work she enjoys sailing with her husband and young family.
