Stephen is the firm’s Chief Client Officer. He is responsible for leading the firm’s client function and advancing its next phase of growth by strengthening how the firm serves clients, deepening collaboration across teams, and sharpening the clarity and direction of its go-to-market approach.
Stephen brings extensive senior experience across the legal, financial services and healthcare sectors, gained through both UK and global leadership roles. His career has included shaping client strategy, working with senior executives at major financial institutions, and leading business development and marketing for large international organisations. He has also supported integration activity during periods of expansion, advised growing businesses as a non-executive director, and brings a broad commercial perspective from operating across multiple markets and sectors.
