Career & Experience
Lily is an associate in our Commercial Litigation team. She advises clients on a range of commercial disputes including breach of contract, breach of director duties, professional negligence and data protection disputes. Lily has a keen interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution processes and has experience of arbitration and mediation.
Prior to joining the Commercial Litigation team, Lily gained experience in property, clinical negligence and construction disputes whilst training with the firm, giving her valuable experience in civil litigation, the court processes and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Her career highlight so far has been working on an appeal to the Court of Appeal, including exploring and securing funding arrangements for our client and preparing for the appeal hearing.
In her spare time, Lily enjoys travelling the world and experiencing new places, as well as hiking and being outdoors.
