Career & Experience
Nick is an Associate in Foot Anstey’s Commercial Litigation team. He has experience across a broad range of contentious matters, including advising on regulatory investigations, commercial contract disputes, and shareholder disagreements with company directors. While a trainee, Nick completed a secondment with Warner Bros. Discovery in the streaming team, where he gained significant experience in the media and entertainment industry.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Nick worked as a senior policy advisor for the UK Government, focusing on negotiations and disputes at the World Trade Organization (WTO). He advised on negotiations for the Agreement on Agriculture and on sanitary and phytosanitary trade disputes.
Outside work, Nick is an avid powerlifter, proud plant parent and enjoys taking part in pub quizzes.
