Nathalie is a Partner within our employment team who has considerable experience advising employers on a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, ranging from complex employee relations issues to business acquisitions and outsourcings and the defence of tribunal litigation.
Nathalie specialises in advising on the application of TUPE to business transfers and outsourcings, complex reorganisation and integration exercises, the IR35 off-payroll working provisions and senior exits. Nathalie is also a member of the Firm’s core Retailers Against Harassment team, advising the firm’s retail clients in respect of their anti-harassment procedures and practices and also specialises in advising clients within the Energy & Infrastructure sector.
Prior to joining Foot Anstey, Nathalie worked for a renowned international law firm in London, where she advised a number of leading companies in the broadcasting, media and retail sectors.
Nathalie takes a consistently conscientious approach to ensure her clients achieve their goals, while considering risk, reputation and the wider commercial factors and has been identified as key lawyer in the Legal 500, with clients stating that she is both “a pleasure to deal with”, “extremely knowledgeable”, and provides “commercial and pragmatic” advice.
