Megan is an Associate at the firm and is a member of the firm’s Corporate team. Having qualified as a solicitor in March 2024, Megan joined the firm from a Cornish based corporate firm and has a solid background in corporate transactions with a particular interest in M&A and private equity deals.
Megan has assisted and advised on a wide range of sectors from clean energy to hospitality and leisure across the UK.
Outside of work, she enjoys learning Spanish and hiking with her dog.
