Louise is Head of Digital Adoption and leads the Digital Adoption Team.
With fifteen years in the education sector and over five years’ experience in digital education, innovation and change, she supports people to embrace tools and approaches that improve productivity and build confidence across the organisation.
Louise has led initiatives including Cyber Essentials Plus deployment, AI pilot rollouts, and the delivery of cross-organisational digital skills training. Her work has received national recognition, including invitations to speak at conferences on digital transformation.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys spending time in her garden, on the beach, or reading classical literature.
