Kirsty is an Associate in our Corporate Tax team. She specialises in advising on the tax aspects of corporate transactions with a particular focus on M&A, private equity backed acquisitions and disposals the sale and purchase of corporate assets.
Prior to joining Foot Anstey, Kirsty trained and qualified at an international law firm.
Outside of work, she enjoys visiting art galleries and going to the theatre.
