Having qualified in 2018, Kathryn has acted for both individuals and commercial clients in a variety of contentious property matters. Her practice covers a wide spectrum of real estate disputes including landlord and tenant matters, adverse possession claims, boundary and right of way disputes, trespass and nuisance claims, and issues relating to restrictive covenants and easements.
Kathryn is experienced in guiding clients through all stages of the dispute process, from early strategic advice and negotiation, through to formal proceedings where necessary. She adopts a pragmatic and focused approach, working closely with clients to achieve practical and cost-effective outcomes.
