Jessica is a Managing Associate in our Commercial Property team. She has experience of advising a broad range of clients from both the public and private sectors on a diverse variety of commercial property related instructions.
She has a wealth of experience in the transport and infrastructure sector, having worked with rail clients and with many other transport and utility companies. Jess’s work within this sector includes compulsory purchase and discretionary acquisitions of land required for large scale infrastructure schemes as well as portfolio management. Jess has been involved in several strategic projects within this sector.
Outside of work, Jessica is a Governor at both the primary and secondary schools that her three children attend. She enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.
