Jessica’s 15 years of litigation experience includes disputes in construction & engineering and insurance sector disputes. Her focus is on resolving disputes arising out of significant energy, infrastructure and construction projects.
Jessica has experience of and advises on difficulties arising from bespoke contracts as well as on standard forms including JCT, NEC and IChemE. She has broad experience across all elements of construction disputes and dispute avoidance, and advises on disputes through ADR, adjudication, the courts and arbitration
