Jemma oversees the Residential Conveyancing team across our Taunton, Bristol and Exeter offices which specialise in three main areas of conveyancing.
Traditional residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, transfers and re-finances of a wide range of residential properties for private clients including high net worth individuals.
Residential portfolio transactions including acting for public and private rented sector clients such as property investors, institutional landlords, property investment companies, charities and Local Authorities in a number of residential property transactions at any one time, ensuring matters exchange within strict deadlines.
Islamic Finance includes acting for and advising Islamic Finance Banks in the shariah compliant funding to individuals and limited companies in a large number of residential property finance instructions throughout England and Wales.
Jemma’s number one focus is client satisfaction and ensuring the team truly understand what is important for each particular client in order that we may deliver the best possible service at all times.
