Career & Experience
Heather has a very active role in the firm and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm’s Remortgage Team who act for clients such as Nat West Bank, Ulster Bank Limited, Danske Bank and First Trust Bank. On a daily basis Heather is liaising with Banks, Borrowers and Brokers taking their further instructions and helping to resolve issues.
Her experience and eagerness to help ensures that all clients and problems are dealt with in a professional manner.
Throughout this period she has gained considerable knowledge and experience regarding different facets of law.
She has particular experience in drafting all types of commercial and property documents dealing with the Land Registry, Registry of Deeds and Companies House.
Heather has assisted on numerous transactions working as part of a team to ‘get the deal done’.
