Hazel is a Legal Director in the Managed Legal Services and conveyancing team, bringing over 20 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. She has extensive expertise advising lender clients, with a strong customer-focused approach, across a broad range of residential property matters including new‑build properties, leasehold matters, and unregistered titles. Her previous lender client base includes leading financial institutions within the equity release market.
Hazel also has considerable experience in onboarding and establishing new, commoditised workstreams and projects. She regularly works collaboratively with other sectors to deliver effective and scalable managed legal services solutions.
Work highlights
- Hazel has hands-on experience with the requirements for achieving Hellios certification, including the Financial Services Qualification System (FSQS). This risk management platform is widely used by major financial institutions to manage supplier compliance within the financial services sector.
