Hannah is a Solicitor at the firm. She assists on a wide variety of corporate matters including private mergers and acquisitions and company restructuring. Hannah also advises clients on day-to-day company work such as corporate governance and drafting key documents such as articles of association and shareholders’ agreements.
Outside of work Hannah enjoys playing netball and exploring the South West with her dogs.
