Career & Experience
Grace is a Paralegal in the firm’s Real Estate team. She has significant experience assisting clients with large property portfolios, consisting of both freehold and leasehold for a range of clients including telecoms providers and retail.
Grace assists on negotiating complex real estate transactions within the retail space and telecommunications, both acquisitions and lease renewals, using a strategic approach and combine technical knowledge with practical experience to provide our clients with clear, informed advice to determine the best course of action.
Grace uses legal tech (Avail, Orbital Witness, HighQ) to conduct title reviews, and to expertly and efficiently manage the post completion process for clients. Ensuring accuracy and efficiency on our client’s large-scale portfolios, delivering seamless coordination and oversight across for our clients, including telecommunications and retail. She is able to provide reliable, timely and high-quality advice to our clients on their large portfolios of complex real estate transactions.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys playing tag rugby, running and swimming.
