Career & Experience
Gertruda is an Associate in the Corporate Energy team. She advises clients on the acquisition and sale of energy and infrastructure projects as well as on associated commercial and regulatory matters across the energy sector.
Gertruda has experience with the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from early development stages through to operation and maintenance, including M&A and commercial documentation. She has drafted and negotiated share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, development services agreements, data sharing agreements and collaboration agreements, and advised clients on a variety of regulatory matters including mandatory notifications under the National Security and Investment Act 2021 and environmental claims in promotional marketing.
Prior to joining the firm, Gertruda was part of the in-house legal team at GRIDSERVE, a technology-enabled business developing the UK’s electric vehicle charging infrastructure powered by renewable energy.
Outside of work, Gertruda is a keen singer, having spent over ten years performing in Lithuania. She is now back on stage as a member of The London International Choir.’
