Charlotte is a Managing Associate in the Corporate team, advising on UK and international private equity and M&A transactions.
She acts for private equity-backed businesses, owner-managed companies and management teams on acquisitions, investments, disposals, corporate restructurings and strategic corporate advisory matters. Charlotte is a trusted adviser to clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, regularly co-counselling with international and magic circle firms to deliver coordinated, pragmatic advice across multiple jurisdictions.
Having spent time on secondment in-house, Charlotte gained valuable insight into the role of legal teams within businesses and the commercial drivers behind decision-making. This experience enables her to provide practical, tailored advice that is informed by a thorough understanding of her clients’ wider strategic and operational objectives.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her young family and making the most of North Devon’s countryside and coastline.

- Advising on the sale of Canalys Pte Ltd, the global technology channel and mobility market intelligence business, to Informa plc, forming the world’s largest channel-focused research and consulting group.
- Advising the management team of Substantial Group, the ultra-fast full fibre broadband provider, on its merger with Brsk, creating one of the UK’s largest alternative network providers.
- Advising a private equity-backed international chemicals business on its £25 million+ acquisition of a UK contract chemicals manufacturer.
