Bethany is an Associate at the firm. Bethany completed her Training Contract at Foot Anstey, where she also had a secondment at a leading renewable energy client. From her training, Bethany gained the skills to become an expert in law and a business advisor who can turn her legal knowledge into commercially savvy solutions for clients. Currently Bethany advises on various matters, both contentious and non-contentious in nature, and her experience is across all IP rights, including trade marks and designs.
Previously, Bethany was a Hearing Officer for the Intellectual Property Office acting in a judicial capacity issuing decisions and advising on trade mark law. Bethany also worked as a Trainee Trade Mark Attorney, where she was entrusted to manage, protect and enforce large trade mark portfolios for a range of clients, including leading multi-national entities.
In her spare time Bethany enjoys photographing, scuba diving and skiing.
