Career & Experience
Angharad is a Senior Associate in our Employment team and is part of our Private Equity team. She advises a range of clients from a variety of industry sectors on contentious and non-contentious matters.
Angharad advises on all aspects of employment law, including corporate support work and supports employers on a variety of HR issues, including redundancies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, employment status queries, holiday pay, IR35, restructuring and integration projects, sickness queries, dismissals and settlements.
Angharad advises on the terms of employment agreements and the full suite of employment policies, in addition to regularly assisting to deliver legal updates and training on a variety of HR issues.
Angharad’s work also focuses on Employment Tribunals and she has particular experience of defending unfair dismissal, disability, race and age discrimination claims for clients.
Whilst recognising the importance of timely advice, Angharad takes the time to understand her client’s business to ensure that the advice given is tailored accordingly and is practical and proportionate to what they are seeking to achieve.
