Alisha is an Associate in the firm’s Succession & Tax team. She has extensive experience in administering estates of all values, including liaising with HMRC on complex inheritance tax matters. Her work also includes drafting and advising on wills ranging from straightforward arrangements to more intricate structures involving trusts. Alisha supports clients with inheritance tax planning and handles the preparation and registration of lasting powers of attorney.
Outside of work, Alisha enjoys CrossFit and long walks with her three dogs.

- Acted for the executors of a £3 million estate comprising assets in both the UK and Singapore. Alisha’s work included advising on the administration of the estate, liaising with overseas representatives, and arranging for the resealing of a foreign grant of probate to enable the release of assets held.
