Save Our Wild Isles: Business of Nature Screening

We're hosting an exclusive screening of the Save Our Wild Isles: Business of Nature Film, suitable for business leaders, organisations and their employees wanting to find out more about how to prioritise nature as a solution to a sustainable future.

Date & Time Wednesday, 13 March 2024 | 12:00 - 14:30

Location Everyman Cinema, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2NH

Did you know that the UK is in the bottom 10% for biodiversity globally? This is terrible news for businesses and is causing unprecedented risks to our economy. It’s also a warning sign to other countries to show them the risks of inaction. Therefore, Save Our Wild Isles is an urgent call to action for everyone. WWF, the RSPB, the National Trust and Bristol-based Silverback Films have come together to produce four films for businesses and organisations across the UK. The unique journey depicted in the films explores how land and seascapes are interconnected, and emphasises how businesses can make informed decisions that prioritise nature as a solution.

We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a free screening of Save Our Wild Isles: The Business of Nature film at the Everyman Theatre, Bristol. The film reveals the extent of nature loss in the UK and explores actions that employees and businesses can take to reduce their impact and support UK nature, a key conversation that took place worldwide at last year's COP28 in Dubai and one in which we can all get involved.

The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with speakers from charities RSPB and National Trust, as well as Brewin Dolphin, NFU and Foot Anstey. The event will conclude with a networking lunch giving the opportunity to connect with other professionals and explore this vital topic.
