Join us at the next Legacy Connect event in London

This event is designed to bring together legacy officers across the city. Spend the day working alongside fellow legacy professionals, exchanging knowledge, building valuable connections and discussing best practices within the sector. It is a practical, interactive day, so please remember to bring your laptop.

Thanks to the generosity of Dogs Trust, this event will be taking place in their London office, providing a fantastic location for our next event.

Workshop on Statutory Wills

The session, run by Caroline, will explore the legal framework surrounding Statutory Wills including when applications may arise and key considerations for charities named as beneficiaries.

Caroline will also guide attendees through a real-life case study involving a Statutory Will with charity beneficiaries, highlighting practical issues, lessons learned and the role charities can play throughout the process and how we can help.

This session offers a valuable opportunity for legacy professionals to gain insight into an increasingly important area of law and better understand the implications for charitable gifts and estate administration.
