Foot Anstey’s Corporate team advises Air IT on another two acquisitions

The corporate law team at national law firm, Foot Anstey LLP has advised on two major deals for Air IT, the award-winning managed service provider backed by August Equity.
Alongside August Equity and Grant Thornton, Foot Anstey supported on all legal aspects of the deals, assisting Air IT on the acquisitions of Reading-based MFG UK and Uttoxeter-based Infinity IT Solutions.
MFG UK is a managed IT, cyber security and communications specialist supporting team in the Thames Valley region, while managed IT specialist Infinity IT Solutions provides clients with IT support and maintenance.
Air IT's headcount now stands at 270 and the move will help expand the product range of both companies with Air IT's portfolio of IT support, communications, cyber security and business intelligence services. The deals for MFG and Infinity follow a number of previous acquisitions by Air IT in the last year, each supported by Foot Anstey, of Microtrading, Riverbank, Nexus GS, Concise Technologies and InfoTech.
Adam McKenna and Jack Harris at Foot Anstey led the legal advice to Air IT, helping bolster the company's offering through these acquisitions.
