Foot Anstey wins Regional Legal Adviser of the Year at the Private Equity Awards

Our Private Equity legal team is delighted to won the Regional Legal Adviser of the Year category at the 2020 Real Deals’ Private Equity Awards, recognising the impressive achievements of the team.
Winners were announced on 3 November and the award was for the firm that has been "best able to demonstrate how it has differentiated its offer and delivered value to clients through outstanding execution, commercial awareness and the capacity of its team to find creative solutions to problems. Growth of market share, deals advised on and overall evolution of team and strategy were also taken into account”.
Foot Anstey faced some stiff competition in the category, but ultimately stood out due to our clear positioning advising the portfolio companies of private equity houses, with a focus on bolt-on acquisitions and our market leading GRIP HighQ product.
