What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll:

  • Undertake a mixture of contentious and non-contentious work with a significant focus on tribunal claims, transactional support, strategic advice and employee relations advice to clients predominantly in the retail & consumer, private equity, developer and energy and infrastructure sectors
  • Be tasked with leading business development initiatives strengthening existing relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities and converting new clients within our target sectors.
  • Working as one team across our geographic spread, the commerciality of our approach, our industry and sector knowledge and excellent communication will enable you to deliver great business outcomes for your clients.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:

  • Experience in employment law gained within a leading commercial law firm.
  • A proven track record across general advisory, corporate support and litigation.
  • Ability to strengthen our approach to our sectors, in particular retail & consumer, developer and energy & infrastructure.
  • Delivery of a solutions led approach, being agile and flexible to the challenge ahead of you
  • You’ll share our passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving great things together.
