Sharee helps guide and advise a diverse range of national and regional employers on a variety of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters specifically within the retail and consumer sector. Sharee takes a personable yet efficient approach to her work, taking time to understand her client’s business and their desired outcomes.
She joined Foot Anstey in March 2013 as a Paralegal in the Employment Team and then began her CILEx training in 2015. Prior to this, Sharee completed her CIPD qualification and after several years into her HR career, she decided she was drawn to the weeds of employment law and decided to retrain.
Having qualified in 2019 as a CILEx Fellow, she is now an experienced Associate meaning she has the advantage of being a well qualified and experienced HR professional, as well an employment lawyer which has given her a distinctive and unique look into both worlds.
Sharee loves to play competitive golf and is also a former Cornish and British Taekwondo champion!
