Jarod is a Paralegal in the Corporate team. Jarod has experience assisting in a wide range of corporate matters but primarily works with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies. He has dealt with share purchase agreements, the negotiation of NDAs and various ancillary documents.
Outside of work, Jarod enjoys playing tennis and is part of the firm’s football team.
