Felix Hebblethwaite is the firm’s Group HR Director. Felix oversees the HR function, which is responsible for delivering the people elements of the firm’s strategy and for championing an inclusive culture that ensures talented people succeed.
Felix is a strategic thinker with a track record for delivering positive change within a partnership environment. He is particularly focused on pursuing the firm’s growth ambitions and navigating what continues to be a fiercely competitive market for talent.
Felix is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and outside of work he enjoys swimming in lidos and open water.
