Emma is a Paralegal in the Corporate team, with a focus on Private Equity.
She assists on a wide range of corporate matters, but primarily works with private equity houses and their portfolio companies by supporting services such as the preparation of risk and compliance reports and listing loan notes.
Emma’s responsibilities also include the review and negotiation of non-disclosure agreements, drafting ancillary documents, company secretarial work, and supporting the solicitors in the Corporate team on transactions.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys going to concerts and trying new restaurants.
