Chloe is an Associate specialising in contentious construction and engineering disputes, with over ten years’ litigation experience, including complex High Court proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court.

She advises a wide range of clients across the construction sector, including local authorities, developers, employers, main contractors and sub‑contractors, and has experience across all stages of dispute resolution, from pre‑action strategy and negotiations to adjudication (including enforcement) and court proceedings.

Chloe’s practice includes advising on payment disputes, compensation events, delay and extension‑of‑time claims, entitlement to delay damages and liquidated damages, and loss and expense. Recent matters also include advising on dispute avoidance, fire‑safety and defective cladding issues. She is experienced in working with NEC and JCT forms of contract and has recent experience advising on building safety matters, including Building Liability Orders under the Building Safety Act 2022.

Chloe has also completed a secondment with a major contractor on the HS2 project, giving her valuable insight into large‑scale infrastructure delivery. She is known for her pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
