Cara is a Solicitor in our Real Estate Team. She has experience in a wide range of real estate work with a particular focus on commercial and residential development and the securing of development finance. Cara has advised on a range of matters including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial property and the negotiation of leases for both landlords and tenants. She has also acted for developers in securing project finance.
Cara’s clients are primarily comprised of national, regional and local developers, landowners disposing of land for development.
Cara enjoys spending time at the beach, attempting various water sports. When not at the beach, Cara can usually be found walking her dogs in the local countryside.

- Acting for national, regional and local developers and promoters in the acquisition of residential development sites, involving the negotiation and completion of overage agreements, option agreements and conditional agreements and advising on a wide range of documentation ancillary to the delivery of a residential development.
- Acting for landowners in the disposition of land for residential development, involving the negotiation and completion of overage agreements and option agreements.
- Acting on the disposal of eight leasehold units involving the negotiation of an option agreement and an overage agreement, together with ancillary documents.
- Acting for landowners in the negotiation and completion of promotion agreements.
- Acting for developers in the refinance of development projects.
