Anne Poole

Anne is an expert on regulated rail work, landlord and tenant work, transport development projects and site disposals. She also acts for registered providers on acquisitions of development sites, as well as for local authorities and developers on land disposals for development.

Driven by the desire to deliver a high level of service to clients and achieve the best commercial outcome, she anticipates clients’ requirements and provides high level risk analysis in order to offer an extension of the clients’ in-house resource.

Anne’s career highlights included being the lead advisor on a complex multi-party acquisition and disposal of a retail development site in the South West and acting as project lead on the renewal of all station, depot and operational leases for a train operating company.

A self-proclaimed sports fanatic, outside of work Anne enjoys being active including cycling, walking, camper-vanning and gardening.
