Alison is an experienced Solicitor with extensive leadership and management expertise, who looks after those who can no longer manage their own affairs.
Alison is a partner at Enable Law’s Southampton team, with a legal background as a health care litigation specialist, a role for which she has consistently received recognition in leading legal directories.
Alison’s current focus is on Mental Capacity and Court of Protection work – a practice she has developed over the last 25 years.
Alison works with clients and the families of clients who are no longer able to manage their own property and affairs, and holds a number of appointments as a Court of Protection deputy.
