In doing so, they consider the warning signs to look out for and how to help employees report fraud to their employer.
In addition, Steven explains the new legislation placing obligations on employers in relation to workplace fraud and the failure to prevent fraud. Our experts also discuss the steps employers should take upon discovering fraud in the workplace including whether, and how, the police should be involved and the specific employment law obligations that need to be considered.
