Retail Trust Leaders’ Summit
We are proud to be supporting the Leaders’ Summit with the Retail Trust, a charity that cares for and protects the lives of people working in retail.
The Retail Trust’s fourth annual Leaders’ Summit will bring together retail people leaders for an impactful one-day programme that will help shape your wellbeing and engagement strategies in 2024. This event is ideal for retail chief people officers, HR directors and their teams.
Nathan Peacey (Partner and Head of Retail & Consumer), will join the panel discussion: "How do we halt the intolerance epidemic together?" As abuse from customers widens, how can we come together to tackle the growing problem?
Foot Anstey joined forces with Retail Trust to launch the Retailers Against Harassment Certification, an initiative to support retailers in their efforts to combat the rise in harassment in the retail workplace and foster safer working environments for their employees. Most recently we co-partnered on Retail Trust’s annual Health of Retail report. The report gives a no-holds-barred snapshot into exactly how employees are feeling and how people leaders are responding. We will bring the discussion around customer abuse and share helpful insights to attendees at the Leaders' Summit. Please join us as we discuss the issue in more detail.
The summit will cover key issues critical to the future success of retail as we:
- Explore the trends impacting workplace wellbeing
- Discuss new ways of driving engagement
- Develop strategies for measurable change in retail workplace happiness
- Inspire attendees through emotive content delving into mental health issues.
Please get in touch with Nathan Peacey, Patrick Howarth or Karen Bates, details below, if you have any questions about the event or wish to arrange to meet during the event.
We're looking forward to attending and collaborating with industry leaders to drive positive change in workplace wellbeing.
