We are hosting a roundtable discussion on international M&A with speakers Emma Clayton and Claire Holland from Foot Anstey and Alistair Le Gras from Altios.

We will cover:

• International M&A: An international M&A project may be part of your growth strategy, but how do you prepare for it? This roundtable will look at how to successfully deliver a project of this scale, the importance of understanding your capacity, making sure you have the right team in place and ensuring you have identified the right targets before launch.
• Timescales: Key challenges in an M&A process – tips and guidelines on each step to closing.
• Case studies: Our panel will speak to their own experiences, including the importance of managing international networks and recognising cultural differences when implementing international M&A strategy.
