To help you achieve your ambitions, we have created Enterprise, a new Foot Anstey business accelerator programme, focused on supporting start-ups, SMEs and fast-growing enterprises, in efforts to help protect and grow your business.
Through the programme, our team will work closely with you to guide and support you, ensuring you benefit from proactive, clear, and practical advice, tools and services for every step of the way to fulfil your ambition.

A nominated member of our team will mentor and guide you throughout the programme and provide you with access to the services offered within the programme.

Foot Anstey offers significantly reduced rates for the legal services provided. The cost saving to you is funded by Foot Anstey – there are no external funders involved.
The support offered will be bespoke to each organisation. It can include advice around employment / HR, investment readiness, IP protection, data, ESG, regulation, disputes, contracts, procurement. Your business is unique, and so is our support.
In addition to legal support we also offer networking opportunities across the three sectors of space, marine, and energy. We will also provide information and advice available online, which you can access any time you need it.
Foot Anstey Enterprise is a nation-wide programme, which can be delivered entirely remotely if needed. We have a network of offices across England which can be used to provide support, if required.
Foot Anstey Enterprise is not reliant on grant funding, which allows a much greater degree of flexibility over the nature of support provided, how it is provided and when it is provided. We can tailor the programme to suit you. We have been involved in various grant funded support programmes, which are great for funding research and development projects, and we created Foot Anstey Enterprise to fill the gaps by providing tailor made support for areas outside of the parameters of those grant funded programmes.
Foot Anstey Enterprise is not cohort-based and there are no application windows. We will offer the programme until we reach capacity with the number of businesses we can support.
We envisage that most businesses will take the support offered over the course of 12 months. However, the programme is exceptionally flexible and if your business would benefit from spreading the support over a longer time period we can set up a bespoke time frame for you.
We encourage early applications, even before you think you need legal support! The benefit of early onboarding is being able to access support without delay as soon as you need it.
