Foot Anstey's private wealth team recently worked with a couple who, after a long marriage and an amicable separation, agreed that they would like to divorce.

They resolved their financial connections as constructively as possible; avoiding the courts, and we then advised the husband through a collaborative process that resolved all issues in a series of three round table meetings, that were tailored to the circumstances of the particular couple.

These collaborative meetings enabled the parties to retain control of the process and to reach their settlement in a more positive, time efficient and cost effective way.
